Customer Journey & Customer Experience Consultant

Set the rules and define new customer experiences.

Become one of our goCX Service Design Consultants and join our team to guarantee to our clients the creation of the best customer experience ever. You will redefine the customer journeys by focusing on the design of innovative experiences and customer-oriented strategies.

Your key responsibilities

  • Design innovating customer experience in various industries, such as Banking, Insurance and FMCG.
  • Define E2E business requirements on the main customer journey experience for our clients.
  • Design customer journey processes for the acquisition of new customers and the retention of existing customers.
  • Lead the relation with our key clients and guide more junior members of staff in their development.

Background

  • A true customer-first thinker
  • You are able to design experiences based on the business goals of our clients and have a strong rational side
  • You are able to deal with difficult conversations on design thinking and explain why things are important (or not)
  • You have broad experience in designing and delivering customer journey workshops
  • You have a university degree or able to reason at this level
  • You have at least 5 years business experience, preferably in customer-facing role
  • Trilingual (English, French, Dutch)
